Tenant Screening


Hi, it’s Tony Cline with HomeVault Property Management. We understand the importance of placing a good quality tenant in your investment property. Over the years, we’ve developed a proprietary system that includes four categories that we process every possible applicant through. Before we place them into your property, we’ll evaluate them based on these four categories. We evaluate them based on their income and job verification. We will evaluate them based off of their credit history, their criminal history, and their previous housing. We take all this information, run it through a proprietary system. Then it spits out a score. That score determines whether or not they qualify for your property.

We don’t go based on how nice they are or any of these factors, the feel good factors. It’s all based on fact. What we’ve found is by staying with a system that can be analyzed where every tenant is run through the same system, we get much, much better residents in all our investment properties.
