Now, when we bring your property into our portfolio to lease out, we will not take that property off the market until we have a signed lease and a deposit. We provide several ways for that tenant to actually make that initial security deposit. They can either pay it online through their tenant portal that we provide, or they can deliver it to our office, or they can mail it or send it next-day air. By providing them with these ample options, we make sure that we have a good signed lease and the deposit funds in hand before we take that property off the market for lease. Otherwise, we want to continue to market that property so that we can minimize the vacancy in the event that they fail to come through and deliver the deposit.
