Our story began back in 1978 with Cliffdwellers Real Estate managing properties in downtown Denver, CO. In 2000, Tony Cline, the current Chief Expansion Officer and partner at HomeVault, bought Cliffdwellers and rebranded the company into HomeVault Property Management. The successor of Cliffdwellers considerably expanded its services to the entire Denver metropolitan area and changed its focus to property management.
The new HomeVault Property Management emerged in 2020 when Tony and the five other founding members, Shawn and Kristin Johnson, Matthew Tringali and Danny Plueddeman, and Jay Berube realised they shared the same ambitious vision to improve the lives of tenants and landlords across the country. They decided to bring their already successful property management business under the umbrella of the brand HomeVault.
HomeVault Property Management is the product of the collective expertise and teams of the four property management companies that merged in 2020: Smart Shield Property Management in Charlotte, NC, Independence Capital Property Management in Farmington, NM, and Flagstaff, AZ, HomeVault Property Management in Denver, CO, and Blue Bear Property Management in Bonita Springs, FL. Nowadays, HomeVault proudly protects over 800 properties across six states and is constantly expanding in new markets.
