Hi, it’s Tony Cline here with HomeVault Property Management. Your tenant’s lease is either coming up for renewal or expiration here in the next couple of months. So we want to reach out to you and make sure that we’re on the same page and that we know that you want to continue to lease the property.
We’re going to use our knowledge about the current market to determine a rent rate, but if you have any questions about that feel free to reach out to your property manager, or email me directly at email@example.com.
Now if you’d like information about placing the property on the market for sale, we can also assist you with that. Again, reach out to us directly and we can provide you with the valuation of the property on the sales market, as well as on the rental market.
If we don’t hear from you, we will move forward with the leasing of the property and try to either get the tenant to renew at market rate, or place the property on the market if they give notice. They are required to give a 60 day notice, so we will have plenty of time if they decide to vacate to get a new tenant in the property.
